Meeting on Monday was really good. I was pleased to hear some very positive outcomes from folks, thank you for coming along to tell us about how much better you are feeling and how you have achieved this. These stories are always good to hear!
People are all different and recover in different ways and different time scales. Either by taking a good supplement, having a natural therapy or just working through their problems. I think we need to realise though that some times those troubling thoughts, that keep our anxiety or depression alive, tend to hover about the mind. There may be a tendency to fall into old habits when we think these thoughts or re live a situation that we have found difficult to manage. It's worth acknowledging that folks who have never suffered, with any type of mental health condition, would find similar situations or thoughts troublesome, so don't be too hard on yourself, it's part of the human state, to think, worry, get anxious and feel down. So try to keep positive.
Hope the coming week is kind to you all
